FAQ

Does it work without installing an app?

Yes. Guests open a web mini-app from QR/NFC. Telegram Mini App is optional.

What if the Wi‑Fi is spotty?

Orders are lightweight. If offline, guests see a retry state and keep their cart.

How do we change the menu?

Update the master CSV or data source in admin; categories and translations update instantly.

Can we add statuses later?

MVP ships with “sent.” Pro mode can add preparing / delivered / closed when your team is ready.
